David Bryan is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience working with international and UK companies in restructuring and improvement. He has operated at CFO level and led a quoted company  M&A team. He has worked in the UK, USA and Europe, including several years living in the USA, and has many years’ experience with public and private equity owned businesses. He is a co-founder of leading turnaround management firm BM&T, which is partnered with Conway Mackenzie in the USA and is a founding member firm of European Restructuring Solutions, a network of like-minded firms in the five major economies of Europe. A Chartered Accountant and MBA, he is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars and co-authored the ICAEW’s Best Practice Guideline on Turnarounds. David was on the board of the Turnaround Management Association's UK chapter for 10 years and is currently the President of TMA Europe.
