Fredrik Vernersson is a Senior Vice President and Head of Group Strategy and Operational Development at NCC AB, a leading Nordic-based construction company. Fredrik has established and is leading a group-wide performance improvement program at NCC. Prior to joining NCC, Fredrik worked in McKinsey& Company, Recovery and Transformation Services (RTS). With 20 years of management consulting experience his a led multiple turnarounds and transformations, specifically strategic and operation operational improvements and performance improvement programs. His experience includes construction industry, automotive OEMs and suppliers, manufacturers of commercial vehicles and industrial goods, logistics and transportation companies as well as private equity firms.
