Before establishing an Investment and Management Consultancy Boutique, Jeroen learned about M&A, restructuring and turnaround with a corporate world leader. He has an overall experience, close to 30 years, in M&A, strategy, organisational improvement and cash flow management in distressed companies. On a regular basis he is appointed by the Court of Justice as Receiver or as member of the Supervisory Board.
