Nemanja has 12 years of experience as a consultant in the areas of corporate and bankruptcy law, privatization and corporate governance. He has participated in the preparation and implementation of over 100 projects of bankruptcy reorganization, restructuring and privatization. He has written and published multiple scientific articles in the field of corporate and bankruptcy law. As a member of the government approved work group, he was actively involved in drafting the amendments to the Bankruptcy Law of Serbia. He is a member of the Association of Business Lawyers of Serbia and a founding member of TMA Serbia. Nemanja has cooperated with multiple international organizations (UNDP, USAID, GIZ) on implementing different projects in Serbia. He completed his graduate and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade and holds a qualification of corporate governance specialist. He works as attorney at law / partner at the Dragićević | Nikolić law office in Belgrade. Nemanja speaks fluent English.
