Allan Kelly has more than 20 years’ experience working with entrepreneurial, owner-managed and mid-market businesses across a number of sectors who are experiencing challenge and/or distress. He has extensive experience in advising both the business’s management and stakeholders such as banks, asset based lenders and equity funders in restructuring advisory and turnaround situations across the North. These situations typically include management or stakeholder support, business and cash flow reviews, strategic option reviews, cash flow management, refinancing, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. Allan has worked in an executive capacity holding interim management roles within businesses during the turnaround phase giving direct situational experience. In addition to being a qualified accountant, Allan is a licenced insolvency practitioner and holds the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification.
