Andreas Koutsouris is an established board level executive, advisor and investor. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in developing and implementing strategic, operational and organisational improvement initiatives and realising revenue, cost and working capital improvements with both healthy/growth companies as well as companies in stressed and distressed situations. Prior to forming Ithaka Capital Partners, he spent eight years with AlixPartners as senior director in their Turnaround and Restructuring Practice in London and before that worked for Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services in London and with A.T.Kearney in Amsterdam.
