Boudewijn Wellink is a seasoned turnaround professional with extensive international experience of business recovery in wide-ranging assignments.  His experience as turnaround executive includes a range of companies and spans different industry sectors, including manufacturing, wholesale, construction, maintenance, distribution, high-tech, engineering, media, property and healthcare.

He is a partner in Eight Advisory Netherlands' Restructuring & Turnaround Management practice. Eight Advisory is an independent pan-European consulting firm specialising in Transactions, Restructuring, Turnaround Management and Transformations.

Before, he was a founding partner of Catapult, an independent advisory boutique delivering turnaround management and restructuring support as well as mergers & acquisitions services. Earlier, he was a partner with an investment firm, focusing on distressed companies and special situations. There, he initiated the acquisition and managed the turnaround of several companies.

Prior to his executive and advisory roles, Boudewijn was a M&A banker with Goldman Sachs in London. Boudewijn holds a master's degree in business administration from the Rotterdam School of Management and completed post-graduate and executive course work at Leiden Law School and Harvard Business School. A Dutch national, Boudewijn is fluent in English, German and Dutch.
