Boudewijn Wellink is a seasoned turnaround professional with extensive international experience of business recovery in wide-ranging assignments.  His experience as turnaround executive includes a range of companies and spans different industry sectors, including manufacturing, wholesale, construction, maintenance, distribution, high-tech, engineering, media, property and healthcare.

He is a founding partner of Catapult, an independent advisory boutique delivering turnaround management and restructuring support as well as mergers & acquisitions services to companies facing tough and unfamiliar challenges. 

Earlier, he was a partner with an investment firm, focusing on distressed companies and special situations. There, he initiated the acquisition and managed the turnaround of several companies.

Prior to his executive and advisory roles, Boudewijn was an M&A banker with US investment banks in London.

Boudewijn holds a master's degree in business administration 
from the Rotterdam School of Management and is fluent in English, German and Dutch.
