Didrik Moe is an Interim Transformation Director based in Brussels. He works with technology and software companies to improve performance, stabilise operations, accelerate revenue growth and deliver complex organisational change.

He has more than 25 years of international experience across general management, commercial leadership, operational transformation, post-merger integration and value creation. Didrik has held senior interim and executive roles in SaaS, IoT, digital twin and telecoms businesses. As General Manager and Vice President EMEA, he led a multi-country region across Europe and delivered material improvements in revenue growth, margin, churn and cash performance.

His work focuses on operational turnaround and performance improvement in underperforming companies or business units, particularly where the challenge is execution, commercial performance, operating model clarity or post-merger integration. He supports businesses before they reach distress, or after initial stabilisation, when sustained operational improvement and value creation are required.

Didrik holds a Global Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
