Dustin is a finance professional specializing in corporate finance and turnaround, with a focus on in-court and out-of-court restructuring proceedings, transactions, and valuation. He supports companies and lenders through financial distress and strategic change, including restructuring and liquidity planning, financial due diligence, M&A transactions, and business valuations. His work centres on creating financial transparency to support sound decision-making, working closely with management teams, investors, lenders, and advisors. Before moving into corporate finance, Dustin gained experience in risk management at financial institutions and in management consulting.

Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Social Sciences from WU Vienna and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Corporate Performance & Restructuring at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) accredited by the EACVA.
