Turnaround management consultant Erkki Niskanen started his career in the retail sector before discovering a love of CRO work in 1993, and is now the co-owner of Frannet, a business development consulting firm which specialises in corporate strategic and operational solutions to companies in the commercial and industrial sectors. He is also on the board of TMA Finland.
