Fabio has more than 20yrs practice in non-standard financial operations and company internationalisation projects, with a consolidated experience in the corporate reorganisation and renewal, insolvency/distressed issues (in Court and out-of-Court), company dissolutions and liquidations, also as consequence of being appointed by international customers on processes of disposal, withdrawal, downsizing or liquidation of Italian investments.

Moreover, Fabio is Statutory Auditor on various multinational companies operating in Italy, board member of TMA Italy and served as contract professor at Ferrara University.
