Guillermo Suárez-Valdés has over 30 years of international experience as a CEO in the industrial sector, including renewable energy, as well as in commercial distribution.

He is recognized for transforming small family-owned businesses into high-growth organizations, leading international expansion across 23 countries, executing inorganic growth strategies (M&A), and working with private equity investors in highly innovative and technically demanding environments. He also brings strong expertise in industrial property and patent rights.

Guillermo is a hands-on executive with extensive experience leading refinancing and operational restructuring processes. He has deep expertise in business strategy, supported by effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and a solid strategic vision.

Since 2024, he has been acting as Interim CEO and Managing Director, supporting industrial SMEs and subsidiaries of multinational companies in Spain in turnaround situations, financial stabilization, and strategic relaunch initiatives. He also provides operational industrial expertise to private equity firms during investment processes.

Guillermo holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ESIC, an MBA from ESDEN Business School, and is a certified Executive and Team Coach from the European Coaching School.
