Jiachen (Jerry) Song is a Zurich-based consultant specializing in strategy, performance improvement and M&A in industrial goods. His work centres on machinery, industrial automation, robotics and capital goods companies, supporting management teams and owners with strategic reviews, portfolio decisions and operational improvement. He is now extending this focus to turnaround and restructuring situations, with a particular interest in industrial companies under pressure from Asian competition and in cross-border DACH–Asia cases.

Jerry brings about 11 years of experience across management consulting and in-house corporate strategy and M&A. Most recently he was a Manager at Roland Berger in Industrial Products, after in-house strategy and M&A roles including at ABB Robotics. He holds an M.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen and He speaks Mandarin, English, German and Korean.
