Having walked through the full life cycle of acquisition of distressed companies, turning them around and their divestment he gained considerable experience regarding M&A, carve outs and performance improvement. His major industry focus is automotive, industrial products and services, construction and consumer goods.

Lennart holds a Degree in Business Administration, a PhD in Corporate Turnaround and European Certified Turnaround Professional.
