Leopoldo Quanilli has been with Mutares SE & Co. KGaA since 2021. In July 2025, he was appointed as Group CFO of Amaneos after 3 years of experience leading the finance, restructuring and integration of SFC Solutions.

As Amaneos Chief Financial Officer, he is currently responsible for financial reporting, financing, turnaround, business planning and liquidity management. Before joining the Mutares Group, he was a working for Alvarez and Marsal Restructuring & Turnaround practice.

Leopoldo Quanilli studied business administration at Bocconi University in Milan and earned his master degree with a thesis on Altman Z-core and corporate bankruptcy.
