Mario Masciocchi graduated in Business and Economics at Bocconi University in Milan and is a public auditor. In 2007 he became the co-founder and managing partner of Impact and Impact network in Milan, Bologna and Rome, a consulting boutique  which focuses on the turnaround, restructuring and revitalization of businesses in serious decline or in crisis. Impact is also the Italian member of European Restructuring Solutions (ERS) which was founded in 2014. He has 40 years of experience leading companies from multinationals (G.E. and Xerox) to large Italian industrial corporations and medium-sized to large groups mostly family owned. He has been up to 2013 a contract professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business at both Bocconi and Bicocca   Universities of Milan and is a regular contributor to management publications. He has served as President of the TMA Europe Italian Chapter. Mario is also a director of EACTP and sits on its executive board.
