As President of TMA India, CTP (EACTP), INSOL Fellow, Lawyer, Mediator, and Insolvency Professional, I bring over two decades of experience advising banks, creditors, promoters, and boards on the restructuring, revival, and rescue of stressed businesses. I have directly led and supported revival and restructuring of businesses across diverse sectors, spanning real estate, construction, healthcare, mining, manufacturing, and logistics.

Through TMA India and Early-Warning-India, I actively advocate early intervention, believing that insolvency should only be the last resort, not the first response. Strong businesses save jobs, protect capital, and strengthen the economy.

My work goes beyond legal process. I help design and execute integrated legal, business, financial, and operational turnaround strategies, from early-warning diagnostics and stakeholder negotiations to debt restructuring, business re-alignment, and successful recoveries under and outside the formal insolvency framework.

I have led multi-disciplinary teams on M&A, stressed asset transactions, due diligence, debt management, and business rescue mandates, supporting both Indian enterprises and international companies entering or expanding in India.
